The Kulavic Platform

As a parent of three young daughters in the Chatham schools, I know firsthand how vital it is to provide every student with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed in life. Our schools are the heart of our community, and I am committed to ensuring they thrive.

I believe school board members should take a common-sense approach and serve as a steady, reliable voice for the entire community. My focus is on supporting school leadership to deliver exceptional education in a fiscally responsible way.

To achieve this, we must:

  • Recruit talented teachers to address staffing shortages and maintain small class sizes.
  • Support our educators with the resources, tools, and competitive pay they deserve to help every student reach their potential.
  • Invest in our school facilities in a fiscally responsible manner, insuring that they are well-equipped to provide future generations of students the very best learning environment.

Our children deserve the best, and our community demands it.

As your school board representative, I will work tirelessly to ensure this vision becomes a reality. And I will hold leadership accountable if it falls short.

Since 2012, my family and I have called Chatham home. I care deeply about this community and its schools, and I’m ready to dedicate myself to making them the best they can be—for my children and your.
